I change them once a year...last time---just two weeks ago and really shocked at the carbon build up. Have not changed anything...still adding Ring Free and blue Sta-bil EVEN though I DO NOT BURN ethanol fuel in my 200 HPDI-engine! John Caswtelluccio, Jr.

if you have NGK plugs, you can get them at O'Reily's Auto Parts for about a Buck and a half each. the dealerships usually charge about $6.00 each

Ed, O'Reilly sells the NGK Plug Marine Application for $6.00 each plus tax...much cheaper on-line!!! Yamaha 200 HPDI requires NGK #BKRYUEKU, Part #5881 John Castelluccio, Jr.

my yammie 90 takes the ngk that O'Reilly sells for I think, a buck and a half, never heard of a Marine app plug, sounds like a rip off, the Heat Range is going to be the same. now my engine never had the marine app plugs to begin with because they were not out at that time. maybe O'Reilly has figured out how to whop up on us poor fishermen!
By the way, I had a Local Yammie Marine dealer in Jackson try to sell me a female fuel plug for $14, and he can't understand why I do not refer customers to him

I burn ethanol free also. The problem is that fuel doesn't contain the additives that prevent carbon buildup and the fuel is rather raw. Sort of not refined all the way.
So you will get carbon buildup.

So if we burn ethanol free gas we get carbon buildup,if we use the ethanol blend being forced on us by the government we get all its associated problems. What are we supposed to do??

ALL FUELS HAVE GONE UP TODAY...at least $.15---$.25/gallon across the board. Blame it on the drought in the 'corn' federally subsidized areas. ANOTHER method to 'buy votes"!!! John Castelluccio, Jr.

actually the wholesale price of gas has gone down 18 cents per gallon since Friday. now we have the Retailers speculating on raise! Gasoline had traded as high as $2.96 per gallon and now it is at $2.78 per gallon

THAT PIRCE has got to be Mississippi fuel price!!! Louisiana has had its marshes and coastline raped for the past 60+ years in search of oil (for the 'nation") and the price is higher in Louisiana than the other States, especially pristine Florida. John Castelluccio, Jr.

nope, that was the price F.O.B. delivered New York Harbor. Today it was up to about $2.89 per gallon, now you have to add taxes to that

I have noticed that Mississippi prices are slightly lower than those in La.It used to be the other way around. We are being raked over the coals with this fuel price thing....not much we can do...vote all the bums out of office and start over.

Why is it the further you get from the refineries the more the cost of a gallon becomes most times? I am with you vote all the bums out!

Good luck to all on your next trip!

I was told do not gap...pre-set from Factory! I do not like that...shipping handled banging around could off set gap...but hopefully the hard cardboard around the electrode is enough to protect it. I asked about the gap and was told .033 mm? is correct gap for this plug! John Castelluccio, Jr.
