Yesterday we had the Craig Howard group from Pensacola. Left out about 6:00 a.m. in a light fog and were greeted by about a 5ft. roller with an occasional 6-7 as we rounded southwest pass. Good thing is they were spread out about 7 seconds and there was no wind on them. The fishing was less than average for this time of year, but we ended the day with 6 black fin tuna all about 20lbs. The tuna will probably show up today since they have been following that pattern. One day on-One day off. Now there were some boats out there that did fairly better with a few yellow fin from what I heard and saw, but nothing to scream about. We will be back out on Monday and fishing for the rest of the week or until the weather keeps us in. Should have some good reports and pics.
