I am moving to the west bank of NO. I am looking for a good duck lease or advice on what boat is best for duck hunting in that area and where WMA ect. I would also like to red fish out of it too. I am from Ga so I have no I idea about hunting or fishing around there. We only get to shot wood duck back home. I did do a lot of red fishn and trout on the FL flats.

Salvador WMA has some real good duck hunting. Either a mudboat or a flatboat with a go devil is what ya need for back there.Lots of mud grass and stumps. A outboard wouldn't last five minutes out there.

so a gator trax with a go devil motor would work best for hunting and fishing? Is a duck lease worth the money if there is a lot of good WMA around?
