It's been a long time since I posted,but I am going to get started deer hunting again this fall.I have bought a 4-wheeler and was wondering if anybody uses gun boots on your ATV or do you use gun rack mounted to front rack?

I use neither. I strap the gun case to the front rack. On wet days, I put the case in garbage bags to keep the mud off.

I carry my gun strapped on me. Two problems I have witnessed when puttingguns on 4 wheelers are scope being out of whack and rubbed spots on the stock and barrels. Putting your gun in a case and strapping it on seems like a good idea!

i have used the gun boots since koplin came out with them. but i don't use the gun boot bolted to the four wheeler. i use my gun boot, just like anyone would use a gun case. ed
