In response to Friend of the C-Way
I’ve since moved to Lafayette but used to launch out of C-way fairly often. I found them to pleasant to deal with and never had problems. In fact, someone from C-way used to post here fairly often with specific details as to where the fish were biting and they were often very helpful letting you know where the fish were biting when you showed up.
But…(there’s always a but) when you’re in such a business which relies on face to face interaction with customers, you can’t allow your bad days to interfere with your service. Yes, everyone does have a bad day every now and then but if you allow yourself to take it out on customers only one day a week, by the end of the year you will have hundreds if not thousands of people who have heard about your rude treatment of customers. No way to run a business, I feel..
